I lost my scjp identity card .Is there any way to get new one.

hello,
yes, Sun will replace any lost part of the welcome kit. Usually by sending a full new one. It will take a few weeks, though. The tricky part is to contact them; maybe through who2contact at sun.com? But often mails to that address are not answered.
It doesn't cost you anything.
