Java.Inquisition - Add Test from file - doubt

Since many people suggest to use Inquisition simulator, I tried the same. But how can I "Add Test from file".
When I click that button it asks to locate the file.
Where can I find the file?
What extensions it will have?
Should i purchase it?

When i tried the help, it shows the website web page

From there I surfed to the website web page

there i found a xml file, i downloaded it. I can't add this file to inquisition engine.

This my effort; after that I exhausted.

Any other help?
