My name is Justin and i am currently working with [something] in India.
I have been offered a job by [someone] in the USA.
Could any one please tell me that if the above mentioned company can be trusted as they say i would have to pay 3800$ as a fees which will be refunded to me when i join.
So my question is "Does this company have a good record and can trust them."
