I am new to this industry currently Iam working with a software company but not as software programmer or developer iam in support department. I want to make my carrer as Java proffesional so I am going to apper in SCJP1.5 Exam this month after that I will apper in SCWCD.
My question is everywhere i applied the companies need experinece if any one not giving chance then how can i get experinece. Even my companies says Experience is necessary.
please help me where I can apply or how i can get experinece for Java projects so company will consider my experience.
