Work from Home

Hi all,

I am very much interested to work in a company where the timings are flexible (tracking based on the delivery dates not based on the in time and out time) and we can have the work from home options.
I like to know can we discuses all this at the time HR interview itself. Please advise me and let me also know some companies which encourage work from home options throw Personal message.
