passing assertion from methods(public/private)

Can anybody please explain me the difference between passing assertions from public method and passing it from a private method.

You can delete a thread you started by editing the first message, and then checking the "Delete Post" checkbox. If you then save the post, the message (and the complete thread) will be deleted.
I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link:
