can anyone give me info about how to find direct employer from web site, i dont' want to spent time with job agent

I could tell you, but then I'd be an agent, and I'd have to charge you 10% of your salary for life ...
Only joking. There are plenty of web sites available, but most of them restrict their range geographically, and many restrict the type of jobs they deal with.
What sort of job(s) are you looking for, and where in the world are you interested in working?
