There are plugins for eclipse, Intellij IDEA, NetBeans and others.

There's Eclipse and IDEA plug-ins available from http://groovy.codehaus.org and a dynamic language plug-in for netBaens called Coyote which supports Groovy available here https://coyote.dev.java.net/
