Hi,
I am facing problem in solving shift parameters questions,Can any one help me by giving some tips and tricks or any link so that I can be able to solve problems regarding that in exams.

"Shift parameters"? Do you mean the bit-shift operators: <<, >>, >>>

What exactly do you want to know about these operators? Have a look at this:

Shift operators are not there in SCJP5!

Murali...
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
