can someone tell me why this would compile?? I am doing a mock test and it says that is fine, but doesn't it basically create a method with no return type and using the keyword "static"? I guess I would think that is breaking at least 2 rules.
Hello, But this is not a method. This is a Initialization Block. In this case, static initialization block and "static initialization block" runs when the class is load at the first time.
