Did you just take it recently? You need to wait few days for them to verify and generate the account for you. You should receive an email first before you can login.

Hi Tony,
Which mail you are talking about?? The Center Manager where I gave the test told me to just click on first time user and fill the required details.
I gave my exam on 18 sep 07.
Could you please help me regarding this.
Thanks in advance.

Subject: Sun Microsystems Certification Account Address Validation

Congratulations on completing all the requirements for the
Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition 5.0
certification. You were certified on XXXXXX

Prior to Sun sending the certificate to you, we require that you login
to the CertManager and verify or update your current mailing address,
if you have not done so within the last 6 months. This ensures that your
certificate will be mailed to your personal address successfully. Once
this step is completed, your certificate will be mailed; please allow
up to 8 weeks for delivery of International Mail.

Please logon to CertManager at http://www.certmanager.net/sun.

All you can do is to drop a mail to,

who2contact@sun.com

Tell them that you are not able to register on site, do furnish the details like your name, date of examination and registration id, (should be there on the certificate you got from exam center). They shall respond you in a day or two.
