my friends who were hired here in india for onsite(US) for java were asked to prepared for c++.is this happning really there in US .Seating here not able to visualised the situation there.i am a bit woried because i am also a java programmer & looking for a career in it.
it will be very kind of you if you let me know the situation there.

It could be that they expect to have old c++ application re-written in java
