Hi! Can I use a calculator on the Exam?
I want to convert numbers from one notation to another (for example hexadecimal to decimal)

No i don't think so. Use given paper and pen to calculate, if needed.

Nope, but you probably will not need one anyway. If a problem requires any mathematical calculations or base conversions, they should be easy enough to perform by hand.
