I have just started Preparing for SCJP1.4 and im currently learning only one book. SCJP book by Kathy and Bert Bates.I will prepare for mock exams also. But my main doubt is this one book is enough is it covers all points for SCJP?
yes you can refer that book. That is the best book for SCJP certification.Morover i would suggest if you refer one book, study thoroughly through that book and practise lots and lots of mock exams.Different books may confuse you.

Hi uma das, Thanks for your reply. May i know about you more?
In an effort to help you get the most from our forums, we've compiled a list of tips for asking questions here. You can find the list in our FAQ section here. In particular please see: UseAMeaningfulSubjectLine
Since everyone posting questions here is looking for help a subject line of "Need Help" really does nothing to describe the nature of your issue.
Again, welcome to JavaRanch and good luck with your question. -Ben
