Most difficult sun certification

Could we say that the SCJP is the most difficult Sun exam certification compared to the others certifications (SCJD, etc...) ?

Do you have any reason for this statement.

Well I personally feel that all Java certification exams all equally competitive, whether its difficult or not depends on your previous knowledge and experience of the language and technology.
For me SCJP was a bit smooth because I was already familiar with the concepts,
but now when I am preparing for SCWCD, its like a whole new world and I always need to push my limits to get the concepts in.

But lets not be biased on this one

there was a time when I was studying for SCJP and I used to feel the same, but my thoughts have changed . Now when I am exposed to the world of J2EE and Java Web Services I consider SCJP to be a relatively simpler exam , and I am sure once you clear SCJP and move to the other certifications you will feel the same way
SCJP is without doubt difficult but not the most difficult I think the most difficult tag may go to either the Web Services Developer exam or the SCJA exam , your vote.???

Try this book "SCJP" by Kathy Sierra and Bert Bates. It will make your preparation an easy one.

Hi, the above mentioned book is just more than enough to get SCJP but
if you feel that the concepts are indeed hard to get through,
just clear your mind of thoughts and start with Head First Java book by Kathy and Bert Bates. Its the best one for beginners.
Once you finish it let us know your view about SCJP.
