Which exam should I go for 5.0 or 6.0 and why? Please can anybody tell me what is the difference between 5.0 and 6.0?

Unfortunately I don't remember all differences but there are only few of them. For sure there are new interfaces like: NavigableMap, NavigableSet.

It is better to take SCJP6 since it is newer and there is not many differences if you compare it with SCJP5.
