Hi Everybody,

Many thanks for all your help and suggestions. I have cleared SCJP 1.4 with 78% scores.
I need one more help. Can you please let me know the next process...like how can I see my exam details, when Sun will send me the Certificates and other relevant docs?
I have given the exam on 30/05/2008. Can anyone tell me whether the update of the certmanager.net/sun takes sometime to upload personal data?
Because I tried login to their website as a first time user but I am getting the following error message after entering my details-"We could not find a user meeting the specified criteria. Please review the criteria and try again".

Can any one pls help me?

I would not spend a great deal of time with the details of passing the exam. I would instead focus on serching for real companies that may need what you have attained. There is no point in believing that you will find a perfect job right away ~ but there are many who will tell you that to take your money.

If I just passed a cert, any cert, I would spend about a hundred hours looking at company wesites and asking questions of real employers. During that time I would ignore any and all recruiter traffic except and only if a specific company made a definite offer but used a recruiter as a screening service.

That happens, I would mostly focus on hearing what real companies have to say about your recent passing the exam.

Hi Mainak Goswami!

Congrats!

Well, I also passed the exam just two weeks ago, and I also tried to login to the certmanager a day after the exam, but that site takes three or four days to update your exam's info, so keep trying later. You should login to the website a soon as possible so you can confirm your mailing address, after that, they will mail you the certification pretty soon.

Sun takes 2 - 4 weeks to send the documents depending on where you are.

Give it a week or 2 and try again

Congrats! But with SCJP 6.0 out, is it not better to go for that?

Many thanks for all your helpful suggestions.....I will wait for sometime and then login again. Actually I have not mentioned my country details. SO I was just wondering whether they will send it to my correct address or not?

What a show! What atmosphere! What fun! What a tiny ad!
