Go through K&B book very strictly. Revise it a number of times like 2-3 times and practice a lot of mock questions. Areas of Generics, Greedy Quantifiers, Threads are worth stressing. Hope this helps.

What areas you have to concentrate on, depends on yourself. You can find the exam objectives on the Sun SCJP website.

Read books such as K&B, do mock exams, find out what your weak points are, and concentrate on those.
