JavaMail - MS Exchange

Hi,
I'm trying to use JavaMail to log into MS Exchange (IMAP). The MSExchange is configured for authentication, in other words, clear-text passwords are not allowed.
So, I keep getting following exception when my java program try to connect to the MS Exchange server:
javax.mail.AuthenticationFailedException: Clear text passwords have been disabled for this protocol
at com.sun.mail.imap.IMAPStore.protocolConnect(IMAPStore.java:293)
at javax.mail.Service.connect(Service.java:234)
at javax.mail.Service.connect(Service.java:135)
at mail.msgshow.main(msgshow.java:108)

Has anyone solve this problem before? How do you do it?
Thanks.
