Here are screens

I run this with "java -jar santis.jar" command.

I throwed an exception:

It appears the tester has a program error. May be the guys who programmed this should take the SCJP

Are you sure you are invoking the program correctly ?

Running with "java -jar santis.jar" command or double-click gives the same result.

Is there any other way i should try to run this?

Looks like it's an issue with the localisation (language translation).

Try running it explicitly telling it the language and region, e.g.:

java -Duser.language=en -Duser.region=US -jar santis_JCP.jar

[Ah, I see you've already fixed it, sorted!]

Dear pinky red,

I am one of the moderators of the JavaRanch forums. Here on JavaRanch, we have a naming policy. We want the users of JavaRanch to use a real-sounding name as their display name.

Unfortunately, your name "pinky red" does not comply to the naming policy. Your display name should consist of a real-sounding first name, space, and a second name. Not only a first name, no obviously fake nickname, no initials only for the second name.

Please read the naming policy carefully and change your display name. You can change your name by editing your profile.

Please note that we are taking the naming policy seriously. If you do not change your display name, your account on JavaRanch might be locked.

Have fun on JavaRanch,

Hi There

I just fixed the mentioned problem. Hope it works.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I myself took the exam SJCP 1.2, there was nothing about i18n those times, where should I know from ? ;-)

Let me know, if it still fails.

Actually I added the following code to the main() method:
