Why don't you guys go to Europe or Asia? The salaries in Germany, Japan, HK, Singapore are not lower than North America.

What do you based that statement on? As far as I know they are 20-30% lower then US and the taxes especially in Europe suck big time.

If memory serves me right according to Asia Week magazine:
Annual IT Salaries in: Japan -- US$44k
Singapore -- US$17k
India, Pakistan, Philippines -- US$5k
I hope this helps ... before you make a big leap.

I think Europe and Asia's situation is also bad.The US economy has hit the whole world.
There has been quite a number of layoffs in Europe.
So I think the only thing to do is to wait for the good times to come back :-)
