Am planning to give SCJP 5 by the end of this month. I just tried giving masterexam mock exam and i got 694 out of 1000 and my grade was fail. It said that to pass i should have scored 806/1000. I got confused with the result... Is this how the real exam will be in terms of weightage?? please help me.. am feeling discouraged...

the grad to pass for real exam is 59% ie 43 correct question out of 72

SCJP 5 (76%)
SCWCD 5 (86%)
SCBCD 5(70%)

Thanks for the immediate reply... I too was thinking that 43 questions should be correct to clear the exam...but i thought... may be there is weightage to each question as in if you get more weightage questions correct, more the not sure...

there is no weightage concept

each question is weighted equally for SCJP 6 for sure
not sure for SCJP5 , must be the same case

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
