MasterExam program fails to install

Hi!

I tired to install the MasterExam program from the CD of the "Study Guide",
but when I start setup.exe, it gives an error dialog:

To install this program requires Administrator priviledges, which you do not have.

OK
---------------------------


I do have admin privileges.
The OS is Windows XP Pro SP2.

What to do ?
