hi all

i am getting average marks in mock exams. how to improve on that???

Study hard and clever , Find out on which topic you are scoring low , read them , practice them and ask your self why this code behaves like this !.

sweety know yourself. nobody knows you better than yourself ;-) try to find out areas your lacking and you know ....

give self test questions at the end of each chapter of kathy siera book and analyze where improvement is needed

so am i since last week .... the only solution to it is keep solving more problems(thats what i feel)... & yes checking the solution for REASONS as to why you got it wrong. Evaluting the results as to you are weak in what topics and then studying them harder is the only way out.
BY the way how much are you scoring? ... i am stuck at 60%
