SCJP 6.0 or Upgrade exam

Hello,
I am SCJP 1.4 certified in 2004.Now I want to update;should I go for he upgrade exam(CX-310-066) or the 6.0 exam (CX-310-065)?what is the difference between the two(with respect to the level of difficulty etc).

I would say go for upgrade if you don't want to be asked about the questions for which you were tested in SCJP 1.4.
If you don't mind being asked questions from any topic, go for SCJP 1.6 full exam.
From voucher point of view, I guess its going to be cost the same in both cases.
