Well SCJP 1.6 and SCJP6 are the same
For what you must prepare depends on you...If you want the latest prepare for SCJP6..But you might face some problems on lack of study material for that....
And be ready to be scolded for not giving appropriate topic name...

They are the same.
Go for SCJP 1.6 as it is the latest. It is also the most difficult among the three versions.

the SCJP 6 you have more question and o percent is big in relationshipscjp 5.
I advice you do scjp 6 because this certification is more new.

Its better to go for SCJP 1.6 since it has very less differenec from scjp 1.5.
