Dear Friends, I would like to know your opinion. Currently I am working as a Java programmer but I do not have any experiences in EJB. I would like to be involved in EJB technology in my next career. I already learned EJB using JBOSS on my own. My concentration was learning EJB. Now at the point that I know EJB, but I do not know any common industry Applications Server such as BEA, Websphere,..etc. My questions: 1. Do you have any recommendations which Application server I should learn? 2. Should I put my personal project experience working with EJB in my resume? if yes, I confuse how I put them in. Means....Should I put "Training" under my name? Usually I put the company name where I worked for this particular project. Thank you all!

You really can't claim it as experience. "Knowledge Of" is a better term. Unfortunately most managers won't give you credit for this and at least interview you to get a feel for how in-depth your knowledge is my .02 Dan
