Hello Ranchers,
What has happened to the book promotions ? I haven't seen the announcement of the winners for the past two weeks ?

Regards,
Reghu.

I've not seen an announcement re "Hibernate Quickly" in the Object Relational Mapping forum. Has that one been announced?

Cheers,

Dave.

Folks get busy around this time of year. I'm sure it's not been forgotten about, don't worry so much.

Though, not trying to be pushy, but just was curious - any possibility we can get a status update on the book promotions that weren't fulfilled earlier this year? I sent an email as requested when my book (still) hadn't shown up (I won "Apache Axis Live" back on February 5th in the Web Services forum).. and as it's been a few weeks...

Thanks!

Much appreciated for following up on this. Those of us who are past winners and have been trying to get our books, and those who follow the book promos are definitely grateful for all your efforts!

I have taken over Book Promotion duties for the time being. I plan on getting with the publishers about books that people still have not received. But I need to get all the information organized. I understand the frustration as I am even one that is missing a book, but it won't do you any good to post these right now as I am not going to gather the information from various threads. Please be patient a little while longer while I do my best to solve these problems.

Thanks.

What is the true email add for book promotion ... bookpromotion AT javaranch DOT com or bookpromotions AT javaranch DOT com the one mentioned on the bookpromotion page is bookpromotion and the one Gregg metioned for J2EE 484 Exam Simulator winner was bookpromotions. I'am one of the winner of simulator and I sent my mail on bookpromotions and want to know if there are any updates on it.

No regrets just curious.

They are both valid and both go to the same place.

Good News!

I just got an email from the publisher that they have received notification from JavaRanch to ship the book I won and that it should arrive in a week.

Thanks, Gregg!
