Ok to answer this question u need know about my background an engineering graduate plus advanced diploma in computing..i joined offshore development centre of an american multinational ..was working on mainframes...also didnt like my job profile ...so switched over to a startup ..a brick and morter company opening an infotech division i was the 4th employee there and in 1 yr our employee strength is 22 and i am leading teams of 10+ people .. I have also learnt many things ..completed 4 projects on java technologies (swing jsp servlets)as leader also have good grasp of ejb/j2ee/xml...and my team members love me(thats what i think )... with all this background especially the job switch and the current job market both domestic and abroad ..do u think i am still sellable..i am not very sure myself these days.. ------------------ What if this is as good as it gets ?

You sound very marketable. I wouldn't worry to much. If you are content and ok where you are now just stick around for a bit longer. See how the market plays out until we get through the slump in the economy. But you seem to be a smart guy and you have some good expereince to put on your resume. i think i will apply for some jobs ..just to test the water before i jump in it  ------------------ What if this is as good as it gets ?
