constructor should not be marked with abstract or final because they are not overridden.

my doubt is abstract methods can be overridden so we can not mark it.
but final methods also not overridden so why can't we use final in constructors?

well I don't know the exact reason, but the constructor can only take accessibility modifiers and no other modifier is allowed with constructors....

Why do you want to use the final modifier on a constructor?
Constructors are NOT inherited so there's no point to make them final.

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
