New to javaMail

Hi all,
I am trying to learn how to use java mail and have downloaded the api as well as the mail.jar .
i have also read thru; the tutorials provided by sun as well as from www.jspinsider.com
what i need is , some simple tutorials which explain what the various classes do in the api and how to use them with simple examples..
can anyone help me?
