How to transfer a shopping cart session to fax

hi ,
I have a doubt can some body help me.
Suppose a site is ecommerce enabled and a customer comes to purchase few things on the site and after he adds few items to his shopping cart .And if he presses a confirm button it should go as a fax to the site administrator.is there any software code for this..or any software is exclusively developed for this.
we have used JSP as server side language
please help me in this
