jdbc connection through

Hello
i'm using java mail API to make an application which will send and receive mails.i'm using java mail server.Now i want to do the jdbc settings in the mail server config panel.
there r two textfields to be filled:
1. jdbc driver class name : sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver
2. URL to access database : ???
i want to know the URL.
on giving URL it gives error saying the URL is either wrong or incomplete.
please help.

Hi,
You could use a jdbc-odbc bridge. Suppose you create a odbc-connection to your access database called "my_odbc_connection" then use this line:
jdbc dbc:my_odbc_connection
