Regarding mail server and workflow engine

I want a work flow engine with buit-in mail server .if no product with such combination is available can you suggest any product.My requirement is that I have to plug-in workflow engine with mail server in jsp-ejb(weblogic application server)-Oracle architecture.This is b2b project in which email-system plays very important role.
