How to send a Picture in Email

I am facing a problem in sending GIF Image through Java mail API.
In the message String I wrote
msg.setText(<b>Hello </b> ;
msg.setContent(messagetext,"text/html"));
.....and later.......
Transport.send(msg)
This is how a normal HTML contents go through Email. But I don't have any Idea on how to send a picture also along with this text.
Plz Help.
