Ive had (or should i say had) JavaMail installed on my local system for over a year now. I lost one of my harddrives last week & with it my WHOLE system. When I re-downloaded Javamail it was missing the activation.jar. I distinctly remember having both the mail.jar & the activation.jar in the classpath..and sure enough my old standbye mail programs will no longer compile...I downloaded JavaMail 1.2....was I using an earlier version??? if so maybe someone could tell me what I should be importing with the new version instead of this:
import javax.mail.*;
import javax.mail.internet.*;
import javax.activation.*;
Any help would be much appreciated...I need to get back up & running gain!

Yes you do need both. Usually there is a link on the page you got JavaMail from, but to get you going, here's the URL for the activation download page:

Thanks a million Frank......picking up the pieces of a bad hard drive is enough in its self, but loosing vital programs is just maddening!
