Help!! Integration with Windows 2000 ADS for authentication

Hi,
We are planning to use Windows 2000 ADS for user authentication, we have IIS web server and weblogic application server. IIS Webserver is only used for redirection.
Can anyone help me in integrating the with Windows 2000 ADS for authentication, like the APIs and other configuration/setting details.
