How can i distinguish between Delivery Failure and Return Receipt(from Server not User) in JavaMail program?

Difficult. There is no one delivery failure flag defined in SMTP, so its up to the server implementation how they flag this (if they flag it at all.) You can set Flags on you JavaMail messages - you could try to uses them. But see RFC 1221 for a good exploration of why this is so hard.
