What will be ideal answer in feild of IT if asked where you see yourself after 5 years? Or which latest tecnology you will like to learn BTW I've programming background.

I don't know the answer, but I would like to guess: First question (in 5 years): The truth: Sitting on a beach while my former boss is bringing me delicacies and honoring my every whim. What they want to hear: To be leading a team of developers, doing more mentoring and less coding, involving myself more in the company's goals and strategies as it applies to technology, and learning the next new and exciting languages/methodologies. So exciting to anticipate what this field will bring in 5 years, etc. Second question new stuff to learn) The Truth: I want to learn how to hack your accounting system to give myself great pay increases and make it so that even if I am fired I will continue to receive a paycheck indefinitely. What they want to hear: .Net, C#, Web Services, full potential of XML, etc. (may depend more on the particular company and what would be useful to them).
