connectivity from sap server (sapjco.jar)

hi...
I am trying to connect a java application from SAP Server
my environment is

RED HAT LINUX 9.0,OMCAT 5.0,JSDK 1.5 USING SAPJCO.JAR

AS SOON AS MY SERVLET TRYING TO CONNECT SAP SERVER
it give me this exception....
HTTP Status 500 -
