SendFailedException ?

Sometimes, I get a SendFailedException even if the mail is successfuly delivered. How am I supposed to digest this fact ?

Show us your code. The exception might be the result of something else.

It is a simple

theMessage.setFrom


InternetAddress[] xyz = get a list

theMessage.setRecipients

mimeBodyPart.setText

Transport.send

This delivers the e-mail, but sometimes raises a SendFailedException even if it is delivered.

There is no "special" reason why a SendFailedException might be generated, so no one can do anything more than guess wildly unless we can see the code you use.
