Presently i have work experience mainly in JSP ... but now i would like to progress onto EJB ... as i was planning to update my resume, i was wondering about a couple of questions From an employers perspective (recruiting for EJB) 1. What would make someone "the perfect canidate" 2. What specific abilities should such a person have hope someone can throw some light on these queries thanks Samith.P.Nambiar

Hi, I'm trying to do similar thing - move to advanced JSP and start with EJB. It's complicated, so far I'm still struggling to understand difference between EJB and JavaBeans. Any good book to recommand? And what are you planing to use for development? Branka

Thank you - I've opened account on the server side site and downloaded them. I had first edition of Mastering EJB, and this one is so outdated that I couldn't do anything. Why Java books are become obsolate so quickly? I'm on my way... Thanks!
