not able to receive mails

hi

i am trying to read the mails from my account using javamail api(using pop3 server),
i am getting a message "the user name and passwrd are not correct"

i feel that any encoding is required for my username and password.
i don't know the exact problem why it was not alowing me to access the mails though my program

We're a friendly group of folks, but we do require members to have valid display names.

Display names must be your first name, a space, then your last name. Fictitious names are not allowed.

Please edit your profile and correct your display name since accounts with invalid display names will be deleted.
