Hi guys,
I have Six years of experience 4 years in java (not in EJB) I wanted to learn some software packages. I would like to know which one would be better for carrier (B2B or EAI). I also want to take some training (money is not a constraints).
I understand that barely training won�t give me excellent job, but I can work at home to enhance my skills.
Please advice.

Um...
B2B = Business to Business (as opposed to B2C, Business to Comsumer)
EAI = Enterprise Application Integration
They're both very generic terms. It's not like there is a specific API for one or the other. EJBs, for exmaple, are commonly found in both situations. Can you be more specific about what you're thinking about?

For the carrier perspective getting trained in TIBCO is better or getting trained in WEBMETHODS with Core Java XML experience as my background.

For lot of Indians working on H1 visa in the US and being layed-off daily..
For them B2B means terror, Back to Bangalore. 
EAI: Experienced in America any job in India ?

I would probably say TIBCO is more useful then WEBMETHODS for carriers. In fact, Tibco is quite useful for financial services companies, too.
