Interview Feedback

Hello Friends,
I had 3(2 tech and 1 HR type) interviews with one organization and its been more than 1 month this process started. Also 2 of the 3 intervies with onsite guys(client of this org) b.coz this position requires some travelling. But till now i haven't got the feedback(neither +ve nor -ve). My point of contact is consultant. He is telling he got call from client that feedback is +ve and at any moment it could be finalized. But i'm not sure abt that.
will client take this much time to take decision?
will this much delay means my feedback is -ve?
I'm really confused. What should i do now? Pls give me ur inputs.

You have given the interviews, but in which country? UK/Denmark/US/Estonia/India?

.Also does client belongs to same country where you gave the interviews?

Sometimes,Project may be in initial stage.

will this much delay means my feedback is -ve?

Not necessary, There could be many problems ranging from funding/office space etc which may be causing this delay.
As far as companies in India are concerned, they hire people even much before the project arrives from client(especially overseas)

Rahul,
The process went in this way. First i sent my CV to consultant. After few days my CV shortlisted and had tech interview with Indian people. After that they sent my CV to client in UK. After few days my CV shortlisted there and had 1 tech and 1 HR interviews with client people from India. Its been 2 weeks i had my last interview and more than 1 month this process started. This opening requires i need to work in UK at client place for few weeks and after that come back and work in Indian office.
