Here is the situation..
A company has sent an e-mail notification about the upcoming interview for the candidate. The time limit is within next 2 weeks..
The candidate waits for the call from the interviewer, but doens't get any call..
he sent a reminder mail to the person from whom he has received the e-mail notification about the interview. The person doens't respond.
What the candidate should do?
1. Again send the reminder to the person
2. Wait for the interview call
3. Wait for the response from the person, whom he had sent the mail.

Try to call the person on the phone.

Call'em up and if the HR says that he/she will get in touch with you by email, wait for another 2/3 days and send another follw-up mail instead of a reminder (sounds a bit harsh) asking that if it is possible for them to let you know thw status of your resume.
Sluggish HR problem looks omnipresent.
