Hi all,
I need to read the text which is denoted by "Bookmarks" available under "Insert" section of Microsoft
Word
Document.
Any help or pointer on this?

This is way beyond what POI can do. OpenOffice has a
Java
API which may be able to do this.
With a little knowledge, a
cast iron skillet
is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
