Im writing a comsole application that takes input. However the System.in.read() and its kind requires an ENTER to send the characters to my program. I want a way to get the input characters in an interactive way that doesn't need an enter to get the input of the user. Somehow similar to getche() in C programs. any help will be appreciated. thanks.
