Reading from file A, writing to file B

I would like to read text file "A", manipulate the text, and write the result to text file "B". This is what I've come up with:

It works, but are there improvements I could make?

I looked at this yesterday and thought that it looked like the best way. Judging by the lack of responses, I think everyone else feels the same way. Just didn't want you to think you were being ignored!
