Hi !
I'm pretty new to java programming and didn't find the solution to my particular probleme anywhere..
I want to copy a file from a computer to my server on a LAN.
I use a windows 2000 server running Oracle 8i with Jserv and jdk 1.2.2.
From a bean included in a .jsp I have to read a file over the network to copy it on my server. Every methods I tried send back a java.io.filexceptionnotfound ( access denied ). I've checked windows permission, try to access this file on two computer ( win2K and win98 ), tried different naming method, use IP adress, mapped drive and UNC filePath...nope..every time I get an error..
My code work when I try to copy this file from one location to another on the same computer but that's all..
So, I'm really in need of help here !
Thank you...

oh yeah...just a lil more input.
I have a Linksys WRT54GS Router.
Laptop and Powerhouse wireless
Server Wired.
Dont want anyone but my account or my admin accounts to have any access to my server thru the network. my friends arent helping me build my website so they have no need to see what is on there or give/take any files to/from the server.
